Demo Category

The demo categories are geo-specific. Select an option and see how the options in the Client field change.

Environment

Select staging. That's the only option that works.

Client

The options in this field depend on the value in the Demo Category field. The following table lists the possible combinations.

Date and time

The values in this field are used for generating records that can be used during the demo to show some activities or state changes.

Locale

The value in this field governs the language that the UI is displayed in.

Location

The value in this field is used for generating leads or partners that are near the location of your phone during the demo.

Country code

The value in this field is used for placing calls from your phone during the demo.

Location time zone

The value in this field is used for scheduling activities in the demo client.

Create data for Vymo Coach

If this option is selected, in addition to the data for the logged in user (which is you), data for 6 more users are created and these users are placed in your reporting hierarchy.

This option works only if the value in the Client field is one of these: banca_assurance, agency, agencydemo, bancademo, commbank, show, wealth, lendcollect, hfc, groupbusiness.

Populate goals

This option works in combination with the Coach data like this:

Coach Goals What happens
Selected Selected Goals are created for all users reporting to the logged-in user
Not selected Selected Goals are created only for the logged in user
Selected Not selected Goals aren't created

Populate Allocation Data

Allocation dashboard has leads that are to be assigned to users. Allocation dashboard is used to select leads and assign them to agents reporting to the manager. This is followed by scheduling a meeting between agent and lead.

This option/ field under showman generates lead allocation demo data. The two pre requisite include the following

  1. Use manager login credential as the allocation dashboard is available only to manager user logins.
  2. The current login user should have at least one agent reporting to them.

    This can be achieved through two ways

  3. Go to staging > manage users > add user > fill the user form. Choose agent under type to create agent under logged in user.

  4. To create necessary hierarchy for logged in user , select create data for Vymo coach field. This will add an agent for the logged in user.

Before selecting the populate allocation data option , it is necessary to do a data push for Vymo coach so the hierarchy is created or an agent is added to allocate the lead.

After successfully adding an agent, go back to showman and unselect create data for Vymo coach option. Fill populate allocation data checkbox and push the data.

Go to staging and check if the data under allocation is ready for demo. The data generated shows the location of the agent. The logged in user can assign leads and schedule meetings to the agent via the calendar option provided. Multiple leads can be allocated and assigned to the agent by the manager.
