How to configure offline access

Through this configuration you can enable offline access in Vymo to the following aspects:

  • Enable offline access for agents
  • Enable offline access for managers
  • Enable offline editing of unsynced items
  • Enable offline deletion of unsynced items

How to

  1. Log in to the web app and click Customize (on the menu at the left of the screen) > Global settings > Notifications & Other settings.
  2. Specify the options in the Offline Config section.
  3. When done, save the changes and release them.
