How to configure the lead reactivation behavior


Can a closed lead be re-opened? After how many days? To enable lead reactivation, you specify reactivation along with the behavior or time of the service request on the self-serve interface.

The settings here override those specified at the module level. See Enable or disable leads reactivation.

How to

  1. Log in to the web app.
  2. On the left panel, click Customize > Global Settings.
  3. Scroll down to Settings, and click Notifications & Other settings.
  4. In the Reactivation Config section, select the two checkboxes.
  5. Specify the number of days in Reactivate after (days) field.


  6. When done, click Save near the top right, and release the changes.


To see the changes, log out of the app and log in again. The reactivated lead activates in days as defined in the behavior and appears on the Leads > Opportunities List page.
