Suggestions overview

Vymo can look at your activities (such as closing a lead or meeting a partner), and offer suggestions about the next best course of action. These suggestions work through rule-based evaluations, and can help you reach that next milestone or goal that you're hoping to achieve.

Suggestions work by using the standard definitions and attributes for leads, partners, activities, and goals.

Daily limits

In a day, a person can be given upto 5 suggestions only.

Suggestions can be configured according to the requirements of your company. You can define them globally and also for specific modules. The module settings override the global settings.

You can specify the following options:

  • The time when the suggestion is to be shown
  • The roles that should see the suggestion
  • The text of the suggestion
  • The call-to-action (CTA)
  • The time that the suggestion is to be shown: time of the day or week
  • The time that's to be reckoned as beginning-of-day and end-of-day
  • The text of the suggestion
  • The people or roles that the suggestion is sent to (agent, manager, both)
  • The partners tiers that are reckoned for suggestions
  • The attributes for prioritization (hot, warm, cold) can't be configured. However, the weights allotted to these attributes can be.
  • The call to action (CTA) options (call, schedule, navigate, show details, show list, view backlog, view calendar) can be partially configured. You can use up to 3 options, and can specify only the display text for the option.
  • The date and time format. The format that's configured for that company is used everywhere, and can't be overridden.
  • Suggestions based on the principle of first in first out (FIFO). For example, the leads lists can't be shown in ascending or descending order according to the time the records were created.
  • Suggestions for leads activities. Only partner activities are suggested.
  • Suggestions for user activities.

Role based suggestions

1. Nearby nudge: show leads which are x meters away from user's location. 1. Partner engagement follow up: when partner has not been approached in x number of hours.

ML based suggestions

With incoming leads, lead priritization is done through machine learning. ML model uses historical lead attribute data to make recommendations related to lead engagement. The Machine learning team sends the lead data to the suggestions team to configure them. Configure a suggestion to inform and nudge the users to engage with lead.

Example: Meet Mithesh by 5 pm today and pitch Premium Health Plan product.

Multiple recommendations are sent to the sales rep who is engaging with the lead. The attributes in the message vary as per the recommendations sent.
