Vymo's suggestions are rooted in the standard definitions and attributes of leads, partners, activities, and goals.

Daily Limits for Suggestions

Each individual can receive up to 5 suggestions daily.

Configuring Suggestions

Suggestions in Vymo are versatile and can be tailored to fit your company's unique requirements. They can be set globally or for specific modules, with module settings taking precedence over global ones.

Fully Configurable Options:

  • Time of the day or week when the suggestion should appear.
  • Beginning and end of the day definition.
  • Custom text for the suggestion.
  • The target audience for the suggestion (agent, manager, or both).
  • Consideration of partner tiers for suggestions.

Partially Configurable Options:

  • While attributes for prioritization (hot, warm, cold) are fixed, their associated weights can be adjusted.
  • Call-to-action (CTA) options are customizable to some extent. Users can select up to 3 options and modify their display text.

Non-configurable Options:

  • The date and time format remain consistent as per the company's configuration.
  • Suggestions always follow the First In, First Out (FIFO) principle.
  • Suggestions are limited to partner activities, excluding leads and user activities.
