Participants Activity

Sonu Fakiha Feedback

Use this metric to calculate achievements that are based on meeting participation. The metric calculates the following participation scenarios:

  • When an activity is COMPLETED and CREATED by both the assignee (the person the activity is assigned to) and the participants (those who participate in the activity), their goal achievement is increased. For example, if Person A participates in Microsoft Teams meetings and Person B doesn't, Person A's goal achievement is increased but Person B's isn't.
  • To verify whether someone attended a Microsoft Teams meeting.

  1. Log in to the Vymo web app.
  2. Click Customize > Global Settings > Goal Definitions.
  3. Click the + (Plus) icon above the search box.
