How to Create a Leads Module from a Template
Introduction
A lead represents a potential customer interested in your company's offerings. The information about these leads is housed in a leads module, which can be configured using templates for ease of setup.
Overview
When choosing a template, the language determines the display of elements like states, columns, and metrics. For instance, selecting the "Lead in Thai" template presents content in Thai.
Dependencies
Lead modules are prerequisites for campaigns. Before initializing a campaign, an associated leads module must exist. Refer to the "Campaigns" section for more details.
User Guide
- Login: Access the Vymo web app and click the gear icon in the upper-right corner.
- Navigate to Module Settings: Select "Add Module".
- Add Module Details: Fill in details on the "Add Module" page. Choose a leads module template under "Starter Template".
- Starter Template: Begin with a template and modify as needed. Note that both Lead and Partner modules have states, allocations, and activities, but only Lead has a workflow.
- Create: Click "Create" located in the top right.

Concepts
Modules are repositories for records. Two primary types exist: leads and partners. Both share similarities, but only the leads module supports workflows. This means that records in a partner module remain static, while those in a leads module move through various workflow states (e.g., New, In-process, Dropped). Both types offer dual display versions for web and phone apps.
