Adding participants and assignees to activities


You can add participants to activities when the activity is created, and during the time that the activity is open. You can't add participants after an activity is closed.

While creating the activity

  1. Log in to the Vymo app.
  2. Tap the large Plus button near the bottom right of the screen. Tap Schedule Activity.
  3. Select the module by tapping one of the options.
  4. Select an activity by tapping one of the options. Depending on your selection, more options might be displayed.
  5. Use the on-screen prompts to add the participants.
  6. When done, tap Submit.



Before closing the activity

Before you edit an activity, make sure that this feature is configured for your company (see Enabling activity edits).

Only an assignee (and their manager) can update an activity to add participants to it. To do so:

  1. Log in to the Vymo app.
  2. Go to the activity details screen, locate the activity to edit, and tap it.
  3. Tap the edit icon, and use the on-screen prompts to add participants to the activity.
  4. Tap Update.




Based on the number of assignees added to the activity, multiple activity records are created. An activity record gets created for each assignee.
