Step-by-Step Guide
1. Log into the Vymo Web App
- Access the Vymo web application using your credentials.
2. Navigate to Field Configuration
- Go to the "Self-Serve" section on the dashboard.
- Depending on the module you're working with (e.g., Lead, Partner, or User), navigate to "Module Settings".
- Select the desired module from the list provided.
- Click on "Field Configuration" within the module settings.
3. Locate the Field
- In the field configuration section, find the field you wish to disable.
- Click on the “eye” icon associated with the field. This action will toggle the visibility of the field, effectively disabling it.
- Note: While fields cannot be completely deleted from the system, disabling them ensures they're hidden from end-users.
4. Save Changes
- After clicking the “eye” icon to disable the field, make sure to save your changes. There is usually a "Save" button at the top or bottom of the page.
- Confirm any prompts that appear to ensure that your changes are saved successfully.
5. Verify
- To ensure that the field has been successfully disabled, navigate back to the module where the field was located.
- Verify that the field is no longer visible or accessible to users in any forms, lists, or other interfaces where it previously appeared.
