Feedback

These settings apply to only the partners modules. For global settings, see Global settings.

General settings

  • Whether one or more manager can add, edit, and update records
  • Whether the a record is automatically assigned to the person creating it
  • Whether records uploaded through the web dashboard are automatically assigned to people
  • Whether reassigning a record is possible

Module appearance

Locale settings

The values in these fields aren't validated against each other. So, for example, currency can be Indian Rupee (₹) and the currency ISO can be Iraqi Dinar (IQD).

Also, the locale settings at the global level are overridden by these module-level settings.

Task settings

Activities for the module must be enabled at Module Settings > Task Enablement.

Call handling

Prerequisite: The fields to use must exist. If they don't, create them at Global Settings > Field management.

Search settings

Prerequisite: The fields to use must exist. If they don't, create them at Global Settings > Field management. The following filters are available: Name, phone numbers, email IDs, and addresses.

States configuration

Partner modules have only one state.

Workflow configuration

Partner modules don't have workflows.
