These settings apply throughout the app, but can be overridden by module settings.

Locale settings
These settings override the device-level settings on a person's phone or computer.
The values in these fields aren't validated against each other. So, for example, currency can be Indian Rupee (₹) and the currency ISO can be Iraqi Dinar (IQD).
Also, these settings can be overridden by module-level settings.
