Enabling negative values for goals
To show negative values, goal targets and achievements are configurable. This is applicable in scenarios where there is change in previously achieved target. For example, when you sell a policy to a customer and they return the policy a month later, it creates a backlog in your achievements. This backlog represents a negative value in the goal.
Before enabling negative values for goals, get familiar with uploading goals and goal achievements through self serve.
Steps
- Download the template for uploading achievements in Goals Bulk Upload > Upload Achievements.
- Put the negative values in the Achievements column in the downloaded template. Upload this file in Upload Achievements.
