  • (iOS only) For a short time after logout (some milliseconds), the app no longer captures locations that are used after next day's login.

Known issues

  • Campaigns
    • When editing a lead, you can't update the campaign association. The edits work in bulk uploads, though.
    • In the campaign list filters, if you specify a campaign start date that's later than the campaign end date, the error isn't caught and no results are shown.
    • On mobile devices, the campaign name isn't displayed on the leads list. However, you can filter the list by campaign status and campaign name.
    • The lead details page shows the campaign code instead of the campaign name.
    • When a parent campaign is inactive or when the owner user associated with the campaign is deactivated, the Edit Campaign screen displays these fields as blank. Unless you change and save the values, the existing association continues.
    • If you don’t see the campaign field on the Add Leads screen even after campaigns are enabled for the lead module, log out of the app and log in again.

October 2020

iOS

  • Privacy: The app doesn't need location permission to work. However, if location information is turned off, the following features become unavailable: Activity Detection, Nearby, Attendance, Suggestions, Location input field, and Check-ins.
  • Goals: You can now directly view goals details and performance graphs by clicking the options included in notifications.

General

  • The Notification Effectiveness Report has the following enhancements for every Push notification:
    • Get the numbers for how many notifications were sent and delivered, how many times the suggested user actions were clicked, and how many users clicked or didn't click the suggested action buttons.
    • See which channel (SMS, Push, or email) the notification is for. However, the numbers you see are only for the Push channel.
    • Download the following two reports (in .csv format): unique users to whom the notifications were sent, and unique users who didn't click the suggested user action. You can use this information to identify which user types the notifications were sent to.
    • Get the numbers separately for user types, clicks within the message body, and individual suggested user actions.
  • The User Call Report has 2 new columns:

    • Caller Status: For the status of the call made by the web telephony service to the Vymo user
    • Receiver Status: For the status of the call made to the lead or partner after the Vymo user has accepted the call from the web service

Also, the Call Status column is now renamed to Overall Call Status.

Bug fixes

  • If you are a manager, the user profiles that you see on the Goals cards are the same as the user profiles that you see through Manager Experience.
