Viewing files in the Vymo app
Vymo provides an integrated file viewing option that enhances security and convenience for handling documents and attachments directly within the app.

Secure Viewing: Enable in-app viewing to prevent the need for downloading files onto personal devices, securing any sensitive or personally identifiable information contained within documents.

Screenshot Restrictions: Screenshots cannot be taken of the files opened in the app, further protecting confidential information from unauthorized sharing.

Easy Access: Users can preview documents with just a single tap or click, streamlining the process of reviewing important information quickly and efficiently.
This functionality not only ensures that data remains secure within the confines of the app but also enhances usability by simplifying how users interact with documents.
The documents can be viewed on the Lead details page.

Steps
To enable the in-app view option, you create a field and choose multimedia as the field type.
- Log in to the web app.
- On the left pane, click Self Serve > Global Settings.
- Scroll down to the User Management section, and click Field Configurations.
- To add a field, click the Add at the left, and use the Add Field form.
- For Field Type, choose Multimedia. In the Multimedia Field Settings specify the details.
- In the message box, click Go To Release Management so that you can move the changes permanently to the live configuration.
- Click Create a UAT release. Specify the release details and make sure to enter your own email ID because that's where you receive a one-time password (OTP) to continue with the process. Click Proceed.
- Enter the OTP you received in the email, and click Submit. Wait for a while till you see a confirmation message saying the process is complete.
- To see the changes, log out and log in again.
Limitations
- The document can only be viewed, not shared.
- The file viewer doesn't work offline.
- Image files can't be opened with the file viewer.
