Call Handling in Vymo

When you make calls through the Vymo app, the process is designed to ensure that each interaction is evaluated and acted upon efficiently.

  1. Rate the Call: Immediately after a call made via the app, you are prompted to rate the outcome of the call.
  2. Action Suggestions:
    • Based on your rating of the call as good or bad, the app displays suggested next actions to take. This could involve scheduling a follow-up, updating lead status, or other relevant activities.
  3. Calls Pending Notification:
    • If no action is chosen post-call, a 'Calls Pending' notification will appear at the top of the screen. This serves as a reminder to complete necessary follow-up actions to ensure no lead or opportunity is neglected.

Without Call Outcome Feature

  • If the call outcome feature is not enabled, no prompts are displayed after calls, and the outcomes are not recorded. This means follow-up actions must be manually tracked and recorded, potentially leading to less efficient lead management.

This structured approach in Vymo not only streamlines the follow-up process but also ensures consistent tracking and management of call outcomes, enhancing overall productivity and lead conversion rates.
