How to Create Field Groups
Field groups in Vymo help in organizing and categorizing information on forms into distinct sections. This aids in systematically arranging details, such as segregating personal information from other types of data in a lead record.
Dependencies
- Field groups are applicable only in the 'New' state of a record.
- They are not functional in other states.
Steps
- Log in to the Vymo web app.
- Navigate to self serve.
- Go to "Module Settings".
- Select the module where you want to create field groups.
- Click on "Field Configuration".
- Go to the 'New' state of the selected module.
- Click on "Add Section".
- Assign a unique name for the section. This name will appear as the header on input forms.
- Drag and position the fields you want into the newly created section.

After arranging the field group, click "Save" located at the top right corner.

- Lead Module Specificity: While partner modules are static post-creation, lead modules enable records to transition through various workflow states.
