App updates are released every second and fourth Wednesday.

December 2021

iOS

  • New:
    • Send messages to leads through message templates that you can personalize.
    • More suggestion types, and can be uploaded in bulk.
  • Improved:
    • The Hello screen loads faster. KRA cards need a tap to be displayed in full.
    • More localization.

Android

  • New:
    • Messages to leads can now be sent through message templates; the message can also be personalized.
    • Activities can now be used as a referral field.
    • Empowering you: Prompts for allowing location access are shown only when location is really needed, not for other actions on the app.
  • Improved:
    • The Hello screen loads faster. KRA cards need a tap to be displayed in full.

Bug fixes

  • (iOS) The Reassign option is working as expected.
  • (iOS) The read-only fields work as expected.
  • (iOS) Page titles and headings are in bold, as expected.

November 2021

Android

    • You can enter data into tables on input forms.

    • Suggestions, generally.
    • The LINEWORKS chat history now includes an explanation.

Bug fixes

  • (iOS) Activity details shows the correct list of participants.
  • (iOS) Activities for the month are displayed correctly on tapping the card.
  • (iOS) Partner details screen shows completed and upcoming activities.
  • (iOS) Data presentation issues of table data on details form fixed.

October 2021

iOS

    • You can now crop images before uploading them.
    • Reports are displayed in the same color as the menu options.

    • Congratulatory messages on completing milestones.

Bug fixes

  • (iOS) You can create a contact by scanning their business card.
  • (iOS) oAuth re-logins work as expected.
  • (iOS) Misplaced buttons and bottom sheet are now fixed.
  • (iOS) Activity count and link to the activities list is displayed correctly.
  • (Android) Previously entered remarks are correctly retained when completing activities.

  • (Android) Notifications no longer include the "Vymo service running" persistently.

August 2021

iOS

    • The Activity card has a slider to help you navigate.
    • The Geo feature is discoverable and usable.

    • Better interface for maps and routes.

Bug fixes

  • (iOS) Forms with multiple input fields are handled better.
  • (iOS) The app no longer crashes if you use the location check-in option.
  • (iOS) The app no longer crashes on completing an activity from the maps screen.
  • (iOS) The current location is no longer reset to your home location after you apply filters on the maps screen.
  • (iOS) You can now select participants for activities.
  • (iOS) The Activity timeline card shows the correct numbers.
  • (iOS) The manager's Hello screen is refreshed automatically after activity logging.

    • Office 365 email and work calendar are now integrated.
    • You can select a partner when logging a completed activity. Also works for automatically detected activities.
  • Improved:
    • More screens are now localized.
    • The method to calculate the achievement percentages now reckons single goals.
    • You're prompted to set up one-tap login if you haven't already.
    • The Join option for Microsoft Teams meetings is available for the entire duration of the meeting.

    • Interface text in the Japanese language is better.

    • Activities have tasks, which can be added, updated, and marked as complete from the Activity screens.

    • If someone has no goals assigned to them, their user card isn't displayed on their manager's screens.

  • (iOS) Contacts already tagged to a business entity can no longer be tagged to another business entity.
  • (iOS) Time is recorded correctly for meetings.

  • New:
    • Intelligent Suggestions: For dropdown, meeting, location, date, and time fields in the forms, now you can automatically see relevant suggestions just below the field.
    • Better form-filling experience with Intelliforms. You can now navigate between the fields using the Up and Down arrows.
    • You can log in with your face ID.
  • Improved:
    • You can now use the Clear button to remove the value you selected from a dropdown list.
    • Better user experience for Goals messages.
    • The Goals list screen can now take you directly to reports.
    • Goal groups that don't contain any goals aren't displayed on the Goals screen.

    • You can log in with your fingerprint.
    • A configuration setting to make the drill-down option unavailable for a person's own goals.

  • (iOS) Notification bugs are fixed.

  • (Android) Misaligned Allow Location button is fixed.

  • (Android) The title on the goals details screens is displayed correctly.

  • (iOS) You can't edit read-only fields.
  • (iOS) The page title is displayed correctly when navigating to a screen from a link in the notifications.
  • (iOS) The address taken from the scan of a business card is retained correctly when you navigate to the map view and change nothing.
  • (Android) The app no longer crashes when going to the Details screen from the Goals list screen.
  • (Android) External links can be opened from the app.
