Logins

I cannot log in.

Try these things:

  • Make sure to use this URL to log in: https://bhhc.lms.getvymo.com/.
  • For the user ID field, use the email ID that was assigned to you by Berkshire Hathaway Homestate Companies.
  • Maybe your user ID isn't created yet in Vymo. Request your manager or the Vymo administrator to create a user ID for you.
I got logged out.
You're automatically logged out after a few minutes of inactivity. Just log back in.

Finding stuff

I cannot see the agency I added.
Contact the Berkshire Hathaway Homestate Companies administrator.
I can't find my agency.

Try using the Search option. You can search with the agency code or name.

I can't find a contact.

Try using the Search option. You can search with the name, email ID, or phone number of the contact person.

I can't find an activity.
Try locating the agency that the activity pertains to (tip: use the Search option). Then, go the agency dashboard and look at the activity timeline.

Incorrect data

The metrics for my agency are incorrect.
Contact the Berkshire Hathaway Homestate Companies administrator.
I can't edit the agency or contact info.
Contact the Berkshire Hathaway Homestate Companies administrator.
