Logins
- I cannot log in.

Try these things:
- Make sure to use this URL to log in: https://bhhc.lms.getvymo.com/.
- For the user ID field, use the email ID that was assigned to you by Berkshire Hathaway Homestate Companies.
- Maybe your user ID isn't created yet in Vymo. Request your manager or the Vymo administrator to create a user ID for you.
- I got logged out.
- You're automatically logged out after a few minutes of inactivity. Just log back in.
Finding stuff
- I cannot see the agency I added.
- Contact the Berkshire Hathaway Homestate Companies administrator.
- I can't find my agency.

Try using the Search option. You can search with the agency code or name.
- I can't find a contact.

Try using the Search option. You can search with the name, email ID, or phone number of the contact person.
- I can't find an activity.
- Try locating the agency that the activity pertains to (tip: use the Search option). Then, go the agency dashboard and look at the activity timeline.
Incorrect data
- The metrics for my agency are incorrect.
- Contact the Berkshire Hathaway Homestate Companies administrator.
- I can't edit the agency or contact info.
- Contact the Berkshire Hathaway Homestate Companies administrator.
